Doug Stapley brings decades of leadership and innovation to Industrial Concepts & Solutions Inc. as a recently retired business owner with a proven history of working with start-up companies, Doug has built a strong reputation for delivering custom solutions that turn complex material handling concepts into reality.
With a deep understanding of automation, integration, and system design, Doug has worked closely with machine builders and integrators to streamline operations and engineer results. His vision for Industrial Concepts & Solutions is grounded in that same commitment where knowledge drives innovation and every challenge is met with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
From concept to reality, Doug leads with a philosophy that blends deep industry knowledge with a relentless focus on solutions powering ICS with the insight and experience to move ideas forward.
Jeff Stine
Jeff Stine has over 25 years of experience in sales leadership and operations management, with a strong track record of driving business growth and building lasting customer relationships. His ability to develop and maintain a loyal customer base, combined with his solution-focused approach, make him a critical contributor.
Jeff also worked in the manufacturing sector, where he oversaw maintenance operations and developed a deep understanding of production environments and industrial systems. Known for his technical knowledge, strong work ethic, and problem-solving abilities, Jeff has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues.
